Help! Need New Broker

I'm posting this for a loyal visitor who is tired of Oanda's spread hikes. I too have had issues with their spread hikes mostly during economic releases out of England. Anyway, he's looking for feedback on any Metatrader brokers that others are using for live trading. I personally have no experience with any Metatrader brokers. If you do, please post a comment on your experiences.

I have an account with MB trading. They have no fixed spreads. So with limit orders you essentially eliminate the spread. Over 10 different order types. Good level 2 data. Charge $5 per 100′000. The cheapest I could find. http://www.mbtrading.com/fx/default.
No Charts though. Free data which I put through quote tracker. (which is free)

Anyone hear anything about Alpari?? I use their demo feed for my Metatrader charts and they seem tight..
I use FXDD and Interbank FX. Interbank FX warns their customers in advance of Forex Factory “Red” reports like NFP that they will increase spreads sometime 10 pips on GBPUSD. I prefer FXDD becuase of their financials, volume and trad exewcution speed, and it’s rare that they widen a spread by more than a pip. So, they may go from 4-5 on GBPUSD. I am an experienced Trader, known as Everlongh. I particiapted in the first World Chamionship or Automated trading,and finish 25th place with over 25% increase during the 12 weeks. FXDD is a reputable broker and was a big sponser of the event hosted by MetaQuotes.

I’ve been using FXDD and I have no complaints other than the fact that a few months ago they were offering a 3 pip spread on GBPUSD and now they’ve gone to a 4 pip spread…I’ve read some horror stories on certain message boards, but I’ve yet to have more than 1 pip slippage on my orders. I’ve got a demo account open with InterbankFX, but I’m not feeling too good about it; their spreads move a lot and they seem to have bigger “spikes” during news events relative to FXDD. There was one other broker that sponsored the automated trading championship.
I’ll investigate them next. They seem to have a reliable 3 pip spread on GBPUSD, 2 on EURUSD and 2 on USDJPY (I should note that FXDD also has these 2 pip spreads on EURUSD and USDJPY)
Hmmm…im hearing alot of good things about fxdd,,they just migt me my broker of choice, Thanks for your comments guys and thanks for making the post rich..

Just a note regarding MetaTrader. Meta Trader does not work with non-dealing desks. It’s by design.
i have been with a company called Royal Forex Trading (www.RFXT.com) and the spreads are industry standard fixed spread GBPUSD 4, EURUSD 3, but the execution is the best i have seen in the past 5yrs. I have traded numerous platforms while managing accounts… large or small volume, the execution is always the exellent.

I have traded numerous platforms while managing accounts… large or small volume, the execution is always the exellent. if decide to check them out, when it ask for introducing broker put BULLIE or BF and they take care of you like your a big corp and thay don\’t change the spread., they also use metatrader
